I purchased a new Iphone back on 1/10/2024 at Costco from Verizon Kiosk that include $100 Costco Shop Card. I can see it listed on my receipt that is on my Verizon account, but I have never received it. I have reached out to reps a few times now and have gotten nowhere with them. I actually had to walk them thru on where to find the receipt on my Verizon account. I there anyone that can help with getting this finally resolved?
