We signed up for Verizon at Costco back in July and are still waiting on the promised shop card. I read that many , many people are having an issue getting their Costco shop card. I have tried contacting Verizon and Costco separately and no one seems to know how to help. I’ve gone down to Costco 3 times in regards to this issue and have not had any luck getting the issue resolved. I would appreciate some advice to get this matter resolved.
