Started 5G Home internet  in February 2025, never received the email with the Samsung TV Promotion rebate or how to redeem. How do I get help with this?

Resolution Update: By partnering with support, the issue of the missing Samsung TV promotion for 5G Home service was resolved through an escalation ticket. Where do I find the message?? I can only locate the account notifications part, can't find any messages portion of my account?
