So I signed up for 5G home internet back in February during the TV promotion and was told I could claim it after 60 days of service. The assured me that I would still have the option to claim it even after the promotion ends since I was signing up during that promotion. Today I contacted support to see about getting the TV and they said the offer was no longer valid and that I can’t claim it. I told them that’s incorrect since you have 60 days after the offer becomes valid to claim it. They said they’d look into it but shortly after the agent disconnected from the chat which forced me to wait another 30 minutes just to explain the same issue. Look if you guys can’t hold your end of the deal then don’t offer something you can’t provide. It’s false advertising to say “sign up and get a Samsung TV or Oculus quest 3s on us.” I signed up during the promotion and followed all the rules, it should be honored.

This is so funny! I’ve been tracking the offer in my app up to yesterday when it said “claim on 6/24” and now what? NO WHERE to be found.

I'm having the same problem, my redeem date was the 28th! They really pooped the bed with this one. Seems legally dubious to claim to offer something and not give it to so many.

Oddly encouraged to see this forum. Same exact issue, had a tile with the 'return on June 28th' to redeem and now it is no where to be found! I've scoured the website, all the perks, the plan details and it is gone. Verizon, how can I redeem my free TV offer? Providing an incentive to sign up for something and then hiding it after the fact is extremely shady.
