So I signed up for 5G home internet back in February during the TV promotion and was told I could claim it after 60 days of service. The assured me that I would still have the option to claim it even after the promotion ends since I was signing up during that promotion. Today I contacted support to see about getting the TV and they said the offer was no longer valid and that I canโt claim it. I told them thatโs incorrect since you have 60 days after the offer becomes valid to claim it. They said theyโd look into it but shortly after the agent disconnected from the chat which forced me to wait another 30 minutes just to explain the same issue. Look if you guys canโt hold your end of the deal then donโt offer something you canโt provide. Itโs false advertising to say โsign up and get a Samsung TV or Oculus quest 3s on us.โ I signed up during the promotion and followed all the rules, it should be honored.
