Free Samsung TV

So I signed up for 5G home internet back in February during the TV promotion and was told I could claim it after 60 days of service. The assured me that I would still have the option to claim it even after the promotion ends since I was signing up during that promotion. Today I contacted support to see about getting the TV and they said the offer was no longer valid and that I canโ€™t claim it. I told them thatโ€™s incorrect since you have 60 days after the offer becomes valid to claim it. They said theyโ€™d look into it but shortly after the agent disconnected from the chat which forced me to wait another 30 minutes just to explain the same issue. Look if you guys canโ€™t hold your end of the deal then donโ€™t offer something you canโ€™t provide. Itโ€™s false advertising to say โ€œsign up and get a Samsung TV or Oculus quest 3s on us.โ€ I signed up during the promotion and followed all the rules, it should be honored.
