Hi, 
It seems that I haven’t received the email needed to claim the promotion. The 30 day mark was on the 11th and I’ve checked my regular inbox as well as spam folders. I suppose it’s time to contact customer support. Can I do that with this post?

Hello and thank you for your reply Joe. In May I established new service  for two iPhone 15 Pro Maxes with  Unlimited Ultimate  plans. I think the promo was for a 65 inch Apple TV, but I’m not 100% sure on the exact model of the TV.

I just checked each section under the My Verizon account tab and didn’t find anything regarding the offer.
