Free Xbox Black Friday Deal

I signed up for Verizon’s internet deal during black friday and was told I’d get the Xbox and gaming bundle. I was able to place the gaming bundle, but there is nothing listed for an Xbox. I have called multiple times and went into the store, and it has still not been resolved. Was this just a lie into getting the internet?

I feel like I have to keep pushing for something that was promised.

Same here....I was promised the same deal and seemingly every excuse is being made to avoid honoring the promotion. Spent about 6 HOURS on the phone/in person trying to resolve this....literally 2 HOURS on the phone today alone! Only got the gaming bundle but still had to fight tooth and nail just to get the $50 gift card that was included with that!... But STILL NO XBOX. Apparently, this is not an isolated issue as there are many posts from those with similar experiences. All that I can say is "Wow!"
