I switched to Verizon because they were running a promotion for a free Xbox if I switched to 5 g internet. I confirmed with the Verizon rep in the actual store I was signing up for the correct service to receive this promotion but it was handled through online. After signing up I called to confirm with Verizon and was told to wait for an email to redeem my Xbox then weeks passed and I didn’t receive anything then I contacted Verizon again and was told after my first internet bill was processed that I would get an email. Well today was the day my bill was processed and I called Verizon again about the Xbox and now I’m told I was given wrong information by 3 representatives. I feel taken advantage of and misled by this company and I’m very upset .Over 4 hours on the chat with them today and not including the 3 previous times I contacted them. I do not like this company and will be switching to another provider
