Verizon offered me a free gift card for 200 after buying new phone line and after meeting the agreement, I have called Verizon about 11 times to get this resolve and the last 3 agents said they will send out the visa gift card check my email in 2-3 days, I called back a week later still haven't received anything. The agent promised to get it taken care of and as a resolution the agent asked her supervisor to offer me the amount by 10 a mount times 12 months and I refused that offer and they offered me 100 off of this month bill and 100 off of next month's bill which I agreed to accept, and I documented the conversation. She was supposed to document everything and sent me confirmation and said I should see it within 15minutes to an hour. She lied, just like the other agents. The agent Akira didn't do anything. I had to call back and repeat everything again to a new agent who then said he would take care of it. He had to go over the whole process to check with rebate before he finally offered the same deal of 100 this month which he applied to my account right then, and said I have to call back on June 11 for the second 100 credit. This is crazy that Verizon doesn't honor their word, after becoming a new member of Verizon. You have to call back and forth to get them to take care of the situation. This has caused me several stress and emotional disturbance. I don't even need this phone; I figure I can use it for my business. They get you to purchase a phone, tablet, and watch and say its free only to continue to charge you for each item. They give me a discount for all my free items. They up sell you and you get nothing free. During these calls they had their audacity to try and offer me more items and given away another visa gift card. I said NO. Why would I add more to my bill for anything free when You haven't taken care of the visa gift card, I'm calling you about now. This company will sell the shirt off their back to make money, but they will not every give you anything free. I need to find a consumer lawyer for the emotional stress that this has caused me. They took out several hours of my time. Each call lasted over two hours.
