I have spent hours getting the run around from Customer Service regarding a Home Depot $200 Gift Card that I was rewarded. 65+ days after signing up for the new service and it never showed on my account. Multiple conversations where I am rushed off the chat or phone with empty promises and zero follow up from customer service. These dubious business practices are unacceptable. Get it together Verizon. If you’re not going to see it through, then don’t offer this in the first place. I’ll be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Shame on you for wasting everyone’s time.
