I have spent hours getting the run around from Customer Service regarding a Home Depot $200 Gift Card that I was rewarded. 65+ days after signing up for the new service and it never showed on my account. Multiple conversations where I am rushed off the chat or phone with empty promises and zero follow up from customer service. These dubious business practices are unacceptable. Get it together Verizon. If you’re not going to see it through, then don’t offer this in the first place. I’ll be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Shame on you for wasting everyone’s time.

Thanks for confirming that, now roughly what did you purchase to qualify for this promotion, and when did you purchase it?

I purchased home internet in August. It’s been greater than 65 days. This has been confirmed by multiple customer service reps. Yet nobody can get me the actual gift card.
