I finally got the email to redeem my $200 Amazon card. However the tile telling me it was available to redeem was ONLY on the myverizon.com internet site, it was NOT on the app. So I click the tile bu tton I follow the steps it takes me to another site. In the end I get a message saying that I will get the card emailed to me in 24-48 hours. Well I am at 36 and no email. This is way too much of a run around. I am currently at 36 days. Pitch was 24-48 hours and the rep did slip and say 2 weeks after activating but went back to 25-48 hrs. Was hoping to use the card to help with Christmas even if it was 2 weeks. Not happening. It was a good sales pitch though. But only another promise failed.

I'm having the same issue. I check the accept terms box for the $200 card and hit submit. It just spins and ends up on the same screen.

We're sorry to read that you have not been able to redeem your Amazon card. Does this happen when you click on the card for the offer on My Verizon? ~Peter

Well I have been tracking my gift card submission which was accepted on the 19gh. I would tell everyone save your confirmation number. I did not and thanks to Verizon for getting that for me. I am still waiting for my gift card. It takes an additional 24 -48 hours. Allowing for the holiday/weekend.i am currently waiting for the actual card 4 days now which is way more than 48 hours. Sóoooo frustrating.

I finally got my Amazon gift card. It took after jumping through some hoops 37 days to get the card promised by the rep in about 24 to 48 hours. First thing you must remember that everything needs done online with your my Verizon account. You also need to know things seem to only happen around normal business hours Monday thru Friday, weekends do not count. Nothing works through the app.
1. After you activate your home internet you will get a tile on your account that you can claim your offer. ( This is to happen 24 to 48 hours after activation)
2. You are taken to a prize claim screen. Make sure you have your confirmation number so your claim can be tracked. Also make sure you have the link for tracking. ( In another 24 to 48 hours you should get an email to claim your reward )
According to everything if you activate your account on Monday you should have your reward by Friday. The demand according to Verizon is much higher than they expected. Simple math can give them an idea of demand. How many devices are you sending out as a company? Each one of those 5g home devices is going to claim either a Amazon gift card or an Echo. From here you know the communication with Amazon needs to be very open. This is where I believe the bottle neck is occurring. Verizon is the one who made the promise to us as customers. One working week for reward. Not 5 weeks. Verizon has failed us. Amazon has failed Verizon. This is a perfect example of sales people at the corporate level telling operations how it will be. Not asking if it can happen. This on both Verizon and Amazon, in the end us as customers suffer. We had planned on using our gift card for Christmas not the week after. Amazing as a customer I am injured by lack of fulfilling a promise

I have a different gift card offer I'm trying to actually receive what was promised, but I'm hoping it's similar enough that your experiance will be helpful.
What is the title you mention? In a "Home Offers" screen on this website I see an Amazon logo under "Redemption History", claiming I have already redeemed the offer. Clicking it does nothing, however.

I completely understand your frustration, I’d be quite stressed too, but I received my 200$ Verizon gift after about 3 weeks give or take activating my number and porting back to Verizon. Now I just wanna state this for anyone receiving this problem, or anything like it. I just left t - mobile who really allowed someone to open 3 fraudulent lines in my name and ssn (despicable) and they are not doing any type of promotions like this, nor is any other phone provider, so with that said , firstly Verizon ; pick up the pace , lastly if everyone receives their promised promotion or credits, I wouldn’t be that stressed out by it considering ..
=
you could be getting terrible service, waiting a whole hour to talk to customer service from the beginning of the call, or being told you have to pay the balance on your bill, including the cost of three fraudulent lines and the remainder balance on the phone, that you traded in a device for the phone that was well equivalent to the device purchased , so basically we t-mobile declare that we’re trying to rob you (considering I told them nope not until you credit my account for the fruadulent nonsense you let happen) and after you pay us we haven’t discussed how you’ll be getting your credit of money that you’ve paid and not to mention the strain on my credit score BAH **** YOU T-mobile, for the fraudulent lines opened in your name , just pay the big bill and sit on your hands,
that’s the type of service you could be receiving, not to mention the terrible customer service reps who you can barely understand because I’m pretty sure they outsource them to a different country
at least yahoo I get to talk to hot sounding Romanian woman, t - mobile ? Asian fruadlasian .. humbug
