I bought my home internet back on Jan 2nd and Verizon still has not come up with a solution to give me the xbox.
I have spoke with 6+ different Verizon agents and each one of them tell me the same story.
They confirm that I am eligible for the xbox and they will open a ticket and add an escalation so it gets resolved within 5 days. Then they promise me that i will for sure get an email sent with all the details on how to redeem the xbox.
After every 2 weeks of no responses from Verizon or any details on the xbox redemption, I contact a Verizon agent again and same old story. Each time i have to go through my entire story and I'm either on the phone or on the computer with a live agent for several hours.
