I signed up for the promotion that when you get the plus option for the 5G Home Internet, you would receive gift cards for $200 for Amazon and $100 for Verizon, plus an Xbox Series X. When I first signed up, they said I would get an email to receive everything and I did get the email to receive the Amazon gift card. I filled everything out and clicked submit and the next screen just said I should get the gift card in 48 hours in my email. It’s been well over that and I still haven’t seen the gift card.
As far as the other promotions, I haven’t gotten an email to get the Verizon gift card or the Xbox. I’ve called support and also texted with them MULTIPLE times and every time, it’s a different response. On top of all that, when I went in to pick up my WiFi box, the agent working there told me I also was qualified for a local $50 offer (which he never specified what the actual offer was) and he signed me up for that. I haven’t received any info on what it was or how to redeem it and he sent me on my way with the 5G Internet box.
I’m keeping my hopes up that the promotion wasn’t a plan devised to get people signed up and that Verizon will actually uphold the offer. If not, I’m switching back to T-Mobile’s Internet.
If anyone has indeed received ALL of the items included in the promotion, please let me know how tell me how you got it!!!

Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.

Result: The customer is taken to the Cart with the Xbox Series X console with the promotion applied and the price of the Xbox Series X console is shown.
5 Select Shipping information.
Note: Delivery of the promotional device may take up to 6 weeks. Advise customers that paying for expedited shipping will not decrease this shipping time frame.
6 Submit order.

Hey. So when you went to the store to pick up your VZ Gateway, did the rep cancel your online order and reprocess it in store? I ask because that $50 credit is a instore only offer. The Xbox and the Amazon Gift card is an Online only offer. Meaning, to get the Xbox and Amazon gift card, your internet gateway has to be ordered through the app or VZ website and NOT processed instore on a rep’s tablet.

So I was just in the store because I did the pick up option instead of the delivery option. To my knowledge, the agent at the store did not change anything to the order! Also, even if they did, I wouldn’t be qualified for the Amazon gift card, but I did get the email for that.

I signed up on 12/18/23 around 6 am or so because of the great offer of XBox, $200 Amazon Gift Card, and $100 rebate.
Soon after, I received an email that my Verizon Internet Gateway would ship soon with 2-day shipping.
Later that day, I received two separate emails from Verizon on how to redeem the XBox Series X, and the $200 Amazon Gift Card. I redeemed both, as well as the $100 5G rebate. I have screenshots showing that I was able to get all three done online.
I received the Gateway and Xbox a few days later via FedEx. However I had not received the email from Verizon for the $200 Amazon gift card. Friday, I went online to my Verizon account and saw the completed orders for the two shipments but nothing about the gift card. I clicked on chat, and after a useless attempt to get the bot to provide any information, I asked for an "agent" twice to no avail. I then informed the bot that it was "acting like a vacuum" , and it told me it was connecting me to a live agent. After an approximate five-minute delay, I was chatting with Tomas. I explained what was going on, and he said he would look into it. About an hour later, he informed me that he had taken care of it. He copied the information into the chat window so I could see it since the link he provided would not work.
As of today, I still have not received an email containing the $200 Amazon Gift Card. I have doubts that I will receive the $100 rebate in February as promised either.
As of now, the Gateway has been up for several days. I have not opened the XBOX Series X package yet. If I don't get the $200 gift card by the 29th, my current plan is to contact them to return everything. I don't have time to deal with this mess.

Yes, I plan to wait it out for a little bit longer and give them the benefit of the doubt that it’s the holidays and I’m sure a lot of people signed up for the offer so they’re just backed up.
On one of my phone calls, however, they did tell me that the Xbox offer was only valid AFTER using the service for 60 days, in which I told her that I thought that I had 60 days to redeem the offer. She didn’t have an answer to that. And seeing that you received your email quickly, it looks to me that I was correct.
Again, I don’t want to assume anything and I still have hope that I will receive all the promotions but it does seem sneaky that the customer support people don’t have any solutions and their answers are not streamlined and vary from whoever I talk to.

I wish I could post screen shots. For the Xbox and amazon card you have to go on the app or use a computer and go to my Verizon. For the Xbox I used the app fine to get the Amazon gift card I had to use the web browser as the app wouldn't redirect me. For both app or browser click on account scroll down past devices and you'll see make the most out of your plan. There you will find the Xbox and Amazon gift card selections. The Xbox it says it could take up to 6 weeks. I got mime in 2 days. I just now did the Amazon gift card so it does say I may have to wait up to 48 hours. For the Verizon gift card you have to wait 45days. †Verizon Gift Card: Must purchase eligible Verizon Home Internet service between 11.30.23–12.21.23 online, activate service within 14 days of purchase, and maintain eligible service in good standing for 45 days to receive a Verizon gift card. Register for the gift card w/in 60 days of purchase date. Gift card emailed within 8 weeks of registration. Hope that helps.

That’s how I received the Amazon gift card! It was listed as an option when I logged on the app. I guess I’m just frustrated that it’s available for one but not the other

Thanks a lot. For me, I signed up for the Amazon Card on laptop in My Verizon account. They said they would email $200 Amazon Gift Card within 48 hours, and guess what? They did. In the email you can click on get Amazon Gift Card, then another window opens with web or app instructions and the Amazon Gift Card code. I just copied and pasted my Amazon Gift Card code into the app and boom. $200 in my account. Please see attached screen shots for Amazon Gift Card Promo Proof.
That part was great and easy. But still waiting on X Box.

Honestly. I wish I could take this comment back and delete it. I basically got cheated by this charlatan, who was parading as somebody genuinely willing to help me. But instead robbed me out of my promo's and took the credit for the sale for himself. I had already finished signing up online and I called for help with the ACP program, he offered to take over and set up the local store pick up of the router. I asked him several times if him helping me with this or signing up for the ACP program would in anyway affect me getting any of the promo items. He reiterated several times that it wouldn't. He even repeated several times, that I would be getting the X Box Series X, a $200 Amazon gift card, and a $100 Verizon Gift Card. Only reason I agreed to accept his help. I'm handicapped and still very ill and low income, so I only signed up for this, because of the promo items, as my old Internet was much cheaper. Now, after spending several hours and hours with different people, I'm being told that the rep I spoke to, took the credit for the sale as a phone sale, even though I did everything and signed up online. Only thing he helped with was the router pick up at local Verizon store and he took credit for the whole sale and robbed me of my promos. This is SO wrong, and not how this company should treat their customers. Shame on you Paul, and shame on you Verizon for taking advantage of a disabled handicapped person who lives in excruciating pain every day, on limited income, and not doing the right thing and fixing the problem, instead of excuses and lies. They record their calls, why not listen to the call with their agent Paul, that will confirm everything I've said? Well, today is 2 months from when I signed up and have been fighting with them since, for what I deserve and shouldn't have to fight for. Shame on you Verizon, treat your customers better. Especially those with disabilities on limited income. I've been with Verizon Wireless since 1999, when they were still Pac Bell Wireless. Is that how you treat a loyal 25 year customer? I've easily spent $10k's of dollars over the years with them and this is how they treat me? Truly sad.

They didn’t give me the amazon gift card and told me only amazon show was available afterwards, still haven’t received the xbox after 15 days of redeem, will wait for the mont and if not received will cancel and send back amazon show

I have had the same issue several hours on the phone with customer service. Today I did get an email that says "its time to redeem you rebate" with a button that says "redeem now" but the button doesn't take me to any web page. It appears the button is just an image. I still don't have any tiles in my Verizon account that take me to redeem anything either.

Yes, there is no tile to click. I have been on the phone no less than 5 times with customer service at about an hour length of time each call. I have been told that the Amazon Gift Card is processed, but I can't confirm if that is true. In regards to the Xbox I have been told that the matter is being sent to escalation. The last time that happened was 1/23/24. I still have not heard from anyone. My offer says to redeem xbox offer by 2/27/24. If I don't get my offers by that date I will be cancelling all of my services. With all of the time and effort I have put into getting this Xbox I could have just worked some overtime, bought the thing, and been money ahead.

Hey, sorry to hear that. I ended up having to get transferred to a promotions specialist and they sent me the Xbox straight to my door. No email required, the Amazon gift card I finally got them to send me the email. Just call until you get someone that actually knows what they are doing. It took me a long time.

The tile to redeem the Xbox doesn’t show on my account page. The Amazon gift card tile did, which was how I tried to redeem it (still waiting for the actual gift card to come through my email) but the Xbox tile doesn’t come up at all. Is there a way to manually redeem it, like a promo code, or something?
