Haven't received promotional xbox, amazon card, or verizon card

I have been waiting days to receive instructions on how to redeem the xbox x and $200 amazon gift card and $100 verizon gift card that I am eligible for after purchasing home internet. I spoke with an agent over chat and they told me to wait 2-3 days and no emails have been sent to me with instructions on how to redeem any of the 3 items I should be entitled to receive.

 

If I cannot receive these items I will be switching my service and you will lose a customer.

There are no tiles in my app or account and I have received no information from Verizon in any form (no email, text, or app notification) regarding the Amazon card or the Xbox. I sat on the phone 8 hours this weekend and just got transferred from department to department with no answers.

My colleague Joe shared the correct steps to get the $100 Verizon Gift Card, as that works through our Rebate Center via the link we shared. Were you able to use the steps he outlined, to apply for the VZ Gift Card?

I was able to submit a redemption form for the verizon gift card and after speaking to an agent I got an order for an xbox, but when I enter the tracking information it says that no such order exists. I have not gotten any information whatsoever on the amazon card.

Again, I have not received any information whatsoever on how to receive my Amazon gift card.


Again, an agent placed an order for an Xbox to be delivered to my house but the confirmation email I received with tracking information does not work.
