Holiday bundle not honored

I signed up for the home internet to get the free Xbox series s and it said get your offer on Dec 9th for both Xbox gaming bundle and also for the Xbox series s. The claim offered disappeared on my make the most of your plans and was left with the gaming bundle. Why did this happen?
