I signed up and was given the 200 dollar gift option after being with you so long..when the time came for it to be redeemed I claimed my prize..but have not received emails...text...nothing on how to retrieve it...my account says I've redeemed it but I've received nothing

No was not a upgrade..it was a fresh install at my home..I believe the plan was the 1 gig plan...
