I need help claiming the Amazon gift card, on My Verizon App it says it's ready to be claimed but it's not letting me press it. Does anyone have a solution?

Same problem for me. Online it says there is a problem with the url. On the app, it just gives and error and says try again. Called Verizon and they blamed Amazon. Please advise.

Chesnesm, we are sorry to read that you are having difficulty with completing the redemption process. Can you try signing out and clearing your cache and cookies from your browser and then trying the redemption process again? To clarify as well, is the offer you are redeeming for services added to a Verizon Mobile account or to Verizon Fios?
