I have not received my Meta glasses ray ban promotional link to order yet

It has been 10 months, and this is unacceptable. 

I am writing to express my frustration regarding a promotional offer that I was promised and have yet to receive. As part of signing up for the 5G Home Plus WiFi service, I was supposed to receive a link to redeem a pair of promotional Ray-Ban Meta glasses. Despite completing the necessary steps and waiting beyond the expected timeframe, I have not received any such link or communication.

This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. One of the main reasons I chose this plan was because of the advertised promotion. I would appreciate immediate assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring I receive the promotional item that was part of the offer.

Promotions are great to have and always play a huge part in a decision to upgrade. I don't want you to miss out on any promotions you qualify for and I'd be happy to assist. Please tell us a little more. When did you purchase the device? Have you received a confirmation email?

I was able to sort this out with a customer service representative, but the one I want is not available. It shows that it is out of stock.
