It has been 10 months, and this is unacceptable.
I am writing to express my frustration regarding a promotional offer that I was promised and have yet to receive. As part of signing up for the 5G Home Plus WiFi service, I was supposed to receive a link to redeem a pair of promotional Ray-Ban Meta glasses. Despite completing the necessary steps and waiting beyond the expected timeframe, I have not received any such link or communication.
This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. One of the main reasons I chose this plan was because of the advertised promotion. I would appreciate immediate assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring I receive the promotional item that was part of the offer.
