Impossible to get my Nintendo Switch AND Gift card rebate

I am at my absolute wits end. At the beginning of this year at my apartment a verizon rep came to me regarding Verizon Home Internet and a sweet rebate. They said we could get a Nintendo Switch AND A gift card OR chromebook. I clarified with the rep several times that you would get the switch and pick between either options and they said YES. Well, a few months later we entered the time frame we could start redeeming, but I had zero communication on it. So, I contacted support
Support said that promo never existed. It was Nintendo switch or giftcard. They told me they would escalate and I would hear back in 5-7 business days (I am so tired of hearing that).Eventually I figured out that no, the promo I was told didn't exist DID exist. So lo and behold I heard nothing from support. I contacted them several times these next couple of months since there was no communication on how to redeem EITHER item. After so many endless calls and chats where I had to explain everything from scratch it was finally proven we never got the tile code to redeem our product due to an error. So, finally after about 6 escalations and tickets we got out Target gift card.
No Nintendo Switch. I contacted Verizon support for the 11+ time. They got us a promo code. I tried this promo code several times using the link they gave me and it never worked. Talking with support they said it was not working and active and could not get it working either. I was shown the rebate website and tried it there with my purchase date and also nothing. The said they would escalate with ticket again
I heard nothing back. I contacted them again and got tossed around to several different people. I finally had someone who tried his best but all he could tell me is again, that promo did not exist. He got his manager on who told me the same thing but I showed him all the verizon forms talking about the same issues I faced. He promised me he would escalate this with a ticket and that since he was a manager he had more power. I was supposed to hear back today
I have heard nothing. I am faced with having to spend another. few hours on a call with support explaining my issue over and over while also being told this promo does not exist. Will I ever get our Nintendo Switch? Probably not but at this point it is a matter of principle. I refuse to not get a product we have been promised and support has been less than useful the literal months I have been in contact with them. A few people tried there best, but tickets and escalations truly do nothing. Is anybody else still trying to get this promo? Is there anything I can do beside call support over and over again and waste my time?
