Issues Redeeming 5G/LTE Home and Home Plus Rebate

This is the screen on my when I go to My Verizon. It shows that I have a rebate for a Samsung TV. When I click on it this screen comes up.

However, it does not give me a place to redeem or claim the rebate. Is it that I must redeem it on May 31? For instance, is there only one day to redeem it? Or is it that the redeem code will appear on May 31 and stay for a while.

Please offer help.

The timeframe for redemption will depend on the specific promotion linked to your account. While some offers can be redeemed immediately after completing your order, other offers have a waiting period of 30-65 days. If a waiting period applies to your offer, you will receive an email notification once you are eligible to redeem the promotion. 

 

After the waiting period, you will have 60 days to complete the redemption.

Thanks for reaching out about one of our promotions, Solomon374. Generally these types of promotions have a waiting period before being eligible for redemption and you will have an additional redemption period. What date was your order originally placed?
