I was eligible as of July 3rd an verizon keeps giving me a run around i can’t claim my promotion which was honestly the only reason i came to the verizon wifi. keep getting this error message. I’ve called and had a ticket made but it was closed after 1try to get ahold of me

Resolution Update: By partnering with support, we confirmed you’re getting the assistance needed for the Meta Quest offer. Anyone else who might experience this issue, there’s a few reasons an offer, promotion, or rebate might not appear or apply. These can include not meeting the requirements for the offer. An error with the promotion system or not submitting for the rebate/offer in the right timeframe.

Hate to say it but they will make you work hard for it. I was eligible end of June for the meta quest and I’m about 6 tickets deep. They will place an order for you and cancel it. I’m on my second order already and they’re ensuring me again it will get sent. I’ve been told it will arrive July 14th but they don’t have a tracking number so I doubt it’s coming.

Seriously! I have gotten so many different answers. The last person said it was backlogged and could take up to 6 weeks. I don't even believe they'll send it then. I have been trying to get an answer almost every day for a week. No information given, no customer service. Feels like a bait/switch. (Wild the amount of censorship too) If anyone figures out how to get them to actually uphold their agreement, please share!

Yeah, I’ve worked through three private messages to resolve my missing gift cards. Verizon is really dropping the ball on this. Unfortunate.

Ive talked to 3 representatives so far about this same issue and no one can help me, I keep getting the same lie over and over again of how they’re send me another link and open up a ticket, this is honestly getting really annoying.

I was given two tickets and both were closed with no resolution and spoke to 4 different people and now the redemption tile doesn’t even show up in my account anymore, my deadline to redeem the offer is Aug 30th and I don’t think this is gonna get resolved this is ridiculous and is making me think of canceling my service with verizon this is not worth the headache
