This is the date where I can redeem my Meta Quest 3s but the offer button is gone, what are I supposed to do now?
So glad to hear you get to take advantage of the Meta Quest 3's promotion. The tile that has disappeared was a pre redemption tile and was supposed to disappear after 30 days. Please check your email as another email would have been sent out now that you're able to redeem your promotion. It will also require that when you are signing into MyVerizon, you are signed as the account owner or an account manager. The email to redeem will be sent on the 30th day from activation. For the Meta Quest it was 60 days from activation, but I have not gotten an email for it yet. I will keep my eyes open for it though. Thank you.
I had the same thing and yesterday it said to come back today to redeem and now it’s entirely gone. Am I waiting for an email? Why did it say to come back to redeem on this date if it’s going to be gone and I’m waiting on an email? Please confirm process.
It's been over the 60 days for me as well and have not received the email either.
Update: contacted customer service and after a long chat they eventually issued me a promotional code that could be used to offset the cost to $0.00 through the myVerizon store.
being that this seems to be something that has happened to a lot of people in this exact context I’m hoping this was just a operational error or oversight and not a deliberate ploy to make redeeming more difficult.

Same thing has happened to me but the chat specialist said I have to wait 5-7 days for them to investigate the issue. Never got my email and the day it could finally be redeemed the tile disappears. Wish they'd give me a promotional code as well....can someone do that? Guess I got the wrong chat agent...smdh

My Meta Quest 3s button also disappeared, even though starting today I should already be able to receive it, more than 60 days have passed. I haven't received anything by email.
This has to be some sorta joke. I have been calling customer service since the day I was eligible to redeem this promotion, but they keep giving me runaround, asking me to wait 3 days, every time. Been over a week from the day the "redeem" tile disappeared and my first contact with the customer service. They don't seem to know how to fix this.

Hello NateP15! The Meta Quest 3S promotion is redeemable 65 days after service activation, at which point you will receive an email to complete the process. It will take you to the "Make the most of your plans" section where there will be a redemption tile to follow to Claim and Accept the promotion which then adds the Meta Quest 3S to the cart with the 100% discount applied.

You are completely wrong otherwise all of us wouldn’t be having this problem. I still haven’t received anything and it’s been well past 65 days
Today is also my redemption day, no email, missing tile, everything wrong that these people are saying. I think yall are just playing us for fools.
Chatted with customer service, and it does say 65 days, and they said i am eligible to receive the promotion for the Meta Quest 3, however they said they had to open up a new ticket and wait 7 business Days. I'm extremely concerned that i will not receive that email. Seems like others have been told the same in the past and didn't receive the email. I have followed every step and met every requirement. At this point, I'm asking you to escalate this and resolve it now. If this is not handled properly and promptly, I'll have to explore other options including a formal compliant with FCC and BBB.

I'm having this issue as well. Can never get a straight answer with these people it's actually insane. For me I had chosen the meta quest but on my tiles it's showing a samsung tv that i could care less for. Come on verizon do better
