Microsoft Xbox Series S Console redemption asking for payment

Hello,

I subscribed to Verizon 5G home internet via a store and selected Xbox promotions Microsoft Xbox Series S Console, and X box bundle.

I received an email that the offer is ready to redeem.

When I try to redeem (Xbox console) it is asking for payment of 299 + tax.

I called the store and they told me that email should have a promo code.  There isn't any in the email.

Please can some one assist.

Solved the issue
Logged in to verizon account first

Then clicked on the link in the email.

Hey there, V5Ghomeuser, we want to make sure you receive your promotion! Can you let us know on what date you placed your order for the 5G Home? Was that service activated the same day? When attempting to redeem the offer, are you using a tile in your My Verizon account?
