Missing Option to Redeem Amazon Gift Card

Like many others, I seem to be unable to redeem my $200 Amazon gift card. I received an email with instructions on where to go in the MyVerizon App; but the specific tile the email mentions is missing. I’d very much like to use that gift card; so any help would be appreciated.

I am also trying to hard to find the missing $200 amazon offer to redeem. I just set up my home internet. Easy to subscribe to a plan, but difficult to find how to redeem an offer, typical.

Yeah, you might want to let me in on the secret, too. Because I added the unlimited plus home internet onto my existing unlimited cell plan, was told by the agent I'd get the card, then got an email after everything was set up saying I'll get the gift card, and that I just have to register for it. But it didn't give a link or any information on how to "register" for it. THEN when I called and spoke to customer service she tried to argue with me for half an hour that that offer was only for people who are transferring their internet service from another provider. I tried to tell her she's perhaps mistaking that for the $500 bill credit, and not the gift card. "It says that, right here," "It says that, right here," she insisted over and over again, referring to something on her computer screen and specific to both the gift card and the bill credit.

The concept of having to honor offers advertised and published was totally lost on the customer service rep. and above her pay grade. I was not want to find fault with that, so I asked for a supervisor. "There are none available," was the reply I got.

Yeah I’m still working on it. My current service representative is having me wait a week to see if the offer tile repopulates. We shall see.

I am also needing help redeeming bc the offer doesn’t appear in my app anymore

There is no link appearing for registration, please advise

I'm having the same problem. I got the email, but no link to claim the card! My plan was to use the gift card for Christmas, but I haven't gotten it yet.

Seems to be a common theme. I got an email, but it takes me to MyVerizon where there’s no tile.

I was able to find the tile and redeem it but that was well over 48 hours ago and have not recieved the email with the gift card I was promised.

I got the same email. I went to my account. Clicked the link and it errored out. Tried to go back and it was gone! Tried going through the email still gone. Can’t find the right support to help with it.

Can someone from Verizon please contact me? I selected the Amazon Gift Card offer but never received the activation code email. It would be nice to be able to use the gift card for holidays. I've been trying to resolve this with Verizon several times on the phone and get nowhere.

I also signed up for the cyber Monday off we which said I got a $200 dollar Amazon gift card and an Xbox series s. I got the email confirming the offers would be available once order was installed which it was installed but still unable to obtain offers. Any Verizon reps reading this please help

Had the same exact issue. I’m doing this for my grandma and even being someone that’s “tech savvy” (I’m just a 20y/o) this has been a bit frustrating. I had no issues with the Disney+ offer but the gift cards are giving me a hard time. I read the fine print of the email and it doesn’t include a link or anything at all.

I am having the same issue. Did you ever resolve this? When I chatted with customer service, they told me I could not get both although I have an email stating that I would be getting both.

I had the exact same problem.

I am having the same issue I found an initial notification and tried to click on the Amazon gift card to redeem but nothing happened. I then restarted the app because it is very unresponsive to see if that would fix it and I can't even find the notifications anymore because the 2 I had have been read. This app is bad atm apparently. Verizon please contact me via email so I can redeem my gift cards and moca adapter because your new app is no good

is absolutely atrocious! i have a support ticket open and I keep getting asked to confirm my name and phone # associated with my account and once I answer, a different support rep will ask me the same thing! this has been going on for 3 days now.

ALSO I was finally able to get ahold of a virtual customer support rep and it has currently been a whole HOUR+ since they last replied!! It shouldn't take 20+ minutes for a simple reply, let alone a whole hour. This is ridiculous.

wow, my session expired after waiting exactly 1.5 hours for the customer service rep to send another reply. this is, by far, the absolute worst customer service experience/department.

I am having the same issue. I received the notification that my Amazon gift card is available, but no email for the gift card and the tile on the app is not clickable.

It is so frustrating!!! I switched internet provides to Verizon and I am supposed to get a $200.00 gift card. I got an email telling me how to get it, but that tile is not on my app. or by logging in online. I called 2 weeks ago, they said I should receive it within 7-10 days via email... nothing.... I spent 1 hour 18 minutes on the phone with them today and they tell me I have to wait and that I did something wrong. What???? what did I do wrong? The tile isn't there, I even shared my screen with them. They said I should receive another email within the next 60 days. 60 days? What a crock.

I am close to going back to my previous provider and switching my phone service. Customer service is NO HELP whatsoever!@!!!! They won't let me talk to the redemption department.... so now what?????

Sorry to sound so rude, but I am mad... just off the phone with them yet again... and no help!!!

I am going to try and figure out how to log a complaint, I want my gift card!!!

Same issue, same runaround from customer service. I received an email that said I’m eligible for a rebate but when the link is clicked it goes nowhere. Nothing but headache after headache since I’ve switched to verizon.

Please let us know if the below steps don't resolve your issues or the tile still doesn't appear for you and we would be glad to assist further.

1 Sign in to My Verizon (online or app).
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.

Result: The customer is taken to the page to choose either the Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card.

4 Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:

Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: The customer is directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.

5 Follow instructions to complete the order.

Note: Customers must verify email address

If they could just communicate the timing, as well as procedure properly that would be a big step in the right direction. Not knowing that it might take a certain amount of time before any notification of the availability of the $200 Amazon card offer is probably why there are thousands of posts about it....just explain how this will happen clearly please....someone!
