Missing Option to Redeem Amazon Gift Card

Like many others, I seem to be unable to redeem my $200 Amazon gift card. I received an email with instructions on where to go in the MyVerizon App; but the specific tile the email mentions is missing. I’d very much like to use that gift card; so any help would be appreciated.

Had the same exact issue. I’m doing this for my grandma and even being someone that’s “tech savvy” (I’m just a 20y/o) this has been a bit frustrating. I had no issues with the Disney+ offer but the gift cards are giving me a hard time. I read the fine print of the email and it doesn’t include a link or anything at all.

I am having the same issue I found an initial notification  and tried to click on the Amazon gift card to redeem but nothing happened. I then restarted the app because it is very unresponsive to see if that would fix it and I can't even find the notifications anymore because the 2 I had have been read. This app is bad atm apparently. Verizon please contact me via email so I can redeem my gift cards and moca adapter because your new app is no good

@vzw_customer_support is absolutely atrocious! i have a support ticket open and I keep getting asked to confirm my name and phone # associated with my account and once I answer, a different support rep will ask me the same thing! this has been going on for 3 days now. 

ALSO I was finally able to get ahold of a virtual customer support rep and it has currently been a whole HOUR+ since they last replied!! It shouldn't take 20+ minutes for a simple reply, let alone a whole hour. This is ridiculous.

wow, my session expired after waiting exactly 1.5 hours for the customer service rep to send another reply. this is, by far, the absolute worst customer service experience/department.

I am having the same issue. I received the notification that my Amazon gift card is available, but no email for the gift card and the tile on the app is not clickable.

It is so frustrating!!!  I switched internet provides to Verizon and I am supposed to get a $200.00 gift card.  I got an email telling me how to get it, but that tile is not on my app. or by logging in  online.  I called 2 weeks ago, they said I should receive it within 7-10 days via email... nothing.... I spent 1 hour 18 minutes on the phone with them today and they tell me I have to wait and that I did something wrong.  What???? what did I do wrong?  The tile isn't there, I even shared my screen with them.  They said I should receive another email within the next 60 days.   60 days?  What a crock.

I am close to going back to my previous provider and switching my phone service.  Customer service is NO HELP whatsoever!@!!!!  They won't let me talk to the redemption department.... so now what?????

Sorry to sound so rude, but I am mad... just off the phone with them yet again... and no help!!!

I am going to try and figure out how to log a complaint, I want my gift card!!!

Same issue, same runaround from customer service. I received an email that said I’m eligible for a rebate but when the link is clicked it goes nowhere.  Nothing but headache after headache since I’ve switched to verizon.

Amich91, we are sorry to read that you are having issues with redemption. Below are the redemption steps for the gift card. There was a known issue with the tile appearing for customers. Please let us know if the below steps don't resolve your issues or the tile still doesn't appear for you and we would be glad to assist further.
 

1 Sign in to My Verizon (online or app).
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.

Result: The customer is taken to the page to choose either the Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card. 

4 Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:

Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: The customer is directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.

5 Follow instructions to complete the order.

Note: Customers must verify email address

I can't seem to find the option for this either. The $200 Amazon gift card was definitely a part of the offer I claimed when I signed up for the service.
