Missing Option to Redeem Amazon Gift Card

Like many others, I seem to be unable to redeem my $200 Amazon gift card. I received an email with instructions on where to go in the MyVerizon App; but the specific tile the email mentions is missing. I’d very much like to use that gift card; so any help would be appreciated.

I'm having the same problem. I got the email, but no link to claim the card! My plan was to use the gift card for Christmas, but I haven't gotten it yet.

Im having the same issues. When i went to redeem the Amazon gift card  it gave me an error and the redeem link disappeared afterwards

Yeah,  you might want to let me in on the secret, too.  Because I added the unlimited plus home internet onto my existing unlimited cell plan, was told by the agent I'd get the card, then got an email after everything was set up saying I'll get the gift card, and that I just have to register for it. But it didn't give a link or any information on how to "register" for it. THEN when I called and spoke to customer service she tried to argue with me for half an hour that that offer was only for people who are transferring their internet service from another provider. I tried to tell her she's perhaps mistaking that for the $500 bill credit, and not the gift card. "It says that, right here," "It says that, right here," she insisted over and over again, referring to something on her computer screen and specific to both the gift card and the bill credit.

The concept of having to honor offers advertised and published was totally lost on the customer service rep. and above her pay grade. I was not want to find fault with that, so I asked for a supervisor. "There are none available," was the reply I got.

Yeah I’m still working on it. My current service representative is having me wait a week to see if the offer tile repopulates. We shall see.
