Never Received my $200 Home Depot Gift Card

I signed up for the 5g home plus, home internet for the first time with verizon this past July. I was promised after 60 days of service I would receive in my email and phone app a $200 home depot gift card. I did not receive it at the end of those 60 days. I have since gone into my local verizon store twice now. The first time they flat out told me that this happens all the time to people, and they apologized and submitted a form for me and gave me a phone number to call to check on the status of it. I called right after I left the store and spoke to someone for about 40 minutes and they told me to wait another week and I would get it. A week went by and I still did not receive anything about it. I went to the Verizon store again and they were surprised that I still had not received this gift card. They gave me a direct number to the rebate center to call and again I spoke with someone and they told me now to wait two weeks and I would receive it and I still haven't.
Can someone help me so I can get this gift card?
I want to note that the folks who helped me at the store were very kind and gave me all the information that they possibly could. It is just very frustrating as this is about the only reason I signed up for the home internet through Verizon was to get this gift card to use for items for my first home. I am on the verge of moving my internet and phone to another provider. I am worried if I have issues with anything in the future that requires calling Verizon and not being able to just go into the store that I am going to be going through a similar battle for months.
