Hi, I'm eligible to redeem my Nintendo Switch offer tomorrow, Aug. 21. A few weeks ago there was a tile saying I'd be eligible 8/21 (Day 65) but it has since disappeared, after reading through a few posts it seems redeeming deals has been an issue but gets cleared up pretty easily by Verizon customer support. 

I'm just staying ahead of the game: are there any tips for redeeming my Switch tomorrow so I don't have to worry about the offer expiring?

The offer should be available tomorrow on that same tile. There will be an email to let you know when its ready to be redeemed. Try it tomorrow and let us know if you have any issues. ~Peter

Thanks! Redeemed the offer today, everything seems good. Should arrive in 3 to 5 days. 

For anyone redeeming their Switch offer: when you go to the checkout, the price will be listed as $299.99 owed. Go through the process and it will become a zero balance order. Thanks, hope this helps somebody.
