Promotion arent being applied

I applied for verizon services  when I received  an email stating that I could get up to 500 for transferring from at&t so I applied for the verizon forwad got approved  then appli3d for the transfer  of service promotion  sent a copy of my final bill. I was billed for the first 2 month of service when I applied for the forward and made sure I was aprroved  before starting  service. Then I never received  the second 10 in tablet the order was canceled  yet the agreement  is still on my account never received  the chrome cast nor the ear buds. I've called customer service and got transferred  for over for hours trying to get this resolved. I will never recommend  this service to my family nor my employee's. Now my service is suspended  when if these promotions  were applied it wouldn't be this way. #verizonforward #transfer promotions

Hello, Lmflores81, we certainly want to help make sure you receive the right promotions after moving your service to Verizon! What service did you activate with us? When was your order placed? To make sure we're on the same page, you are missing a $500 credit and ear buds right?

I applied for home internet  I applied for the forward and I was transferring  my home internet service from at&t. My Verizon forward was approved before I started service then I received  a bill contacted them told there was a ticket along for the other 8 inch tablet ear buds and chrome cast. There have been so many times I've called and just got transferred  over and over. If the credits were applied properly  I would only owe $47.
