Anyone know how to get the promised items? Verizon has refused to give me the items with the 5G Home Internet Promotion for Xbox Series X, $200 Amazon gift card, and $100 Verizon gift card.  I’ve called and called with no resolution. They are now refusing to provide the promised items saying that was not the promotion - which is an all out lie.  How do I resolve?

I ordered in the store.  In Tampa, Florida.  I started chatting and calling right afterwards and never got the emails they claimed were sent.  Then they said they would resend and still never got anything.  So I escalated and now they are saying the promotion didn’t include all 3 items, which it definitely did.  I specifically asked that question when I got the 5G.

This was promised to me in the store and when I started calling and asking about it no one said I didn’t qualify.  I have received none of the items.  And to now say I don’t qualify is just lying.

And there are tons of people on this forum with the exact same issue as me - they are promised all 3 promo items and then got nothing.  This promotion was definitely offered and we were promised all 3 items.  I got none!

I got none of these promos. And the link that was provided in the private messages just gives me an error.  No one is even attempting to help me.

Certian promotions did have some specific requirments. Some were pretty open, and others more exculsive. We can review which ones you qualify for, and I want you to be able to get anything you do. I'm sending a Private Message so we can do that.

Coincidentally, I am on the phone with Verizon now. At first they said that they couldn’t find the promotion, then came back and said that it didn’t apply to the Verizon Gateway. Now supposedly the promotion was found.  It was their holiday promotion. The CSR is doing an escalation on for the Xbox now.

Where did you purchase the WiFi? Online or in the store? This has been the most ridiculous promotion.
