I got WiFi with Verizon a couple months ago and the promotions at the time was get a jbl party box and a Nintendo switch. The day I was able to redeem them is August 7th and today is August 7th and I was not sent an email I don’t see neither product where my offers are at. I am wondering if I am still eligible on getting those items or what can I do to get them.

Im scared now because I too am to be able to redeem both of those items, the Nintendo switch AND the JBL Party Box. My day is tomorrow, August the 9th. Im already getting the run around with the $200 gift card they said they sent me on July 24th, contacted support through multiple channels, online chat, submit a ticket, I even called them and today I finally feel like something might be resolved. I guess we will find out next week Tuesday if this is all for nothing. Oh yeah and tomorrow too about the switch and the jbl. Good luck AR1
