I uave been talking to your customer services since end of august following up our amazon gift card as a new customer, well you guys played technical on us, were i. It say 5g home for new customer to received the  gift card that from the first customer services told wait for 45 days plus 7 days then you guys from the rebate team will email, until now as i have recently talk to one of your representative that we are not qualified., now heres the thing your representative have the nerve to ask for mobile services, why would we, you could not commit already a simple promotion what more to add another services from you.it will be a nightmare. We might discontinue using verizon starting next month.and heres another thing if we were not qualified why you guys took 2months before you say were not, were in thats your promotion from  people like us to change to your services.

The number your sending private message is not a mobile its associate with the 5g home internet i wont be able to read your message..wanna resolve it, resolve within your rebate team snd understand what promo and how you market it…i will not recommend your company!
