I know I have to post a new post because I’m not able to reply to my private messages because I’ve been limited on the private messages that I can send I have already been through the escalation process and been approved for both of the 5G home promotions. I was given codes and the codes didn’t work I’ve spent hours and hours upon hours of trying to get this taken care of and I’m beyond frustrated. I can’t even respond to the people that are sending me messages all they’re doing is sending me back to the escalation process which is ridiculous because because I’ve already been through it I need someone to actually help me instead of just ignore me and send me to the escalation process again I waited 2 to 4 weeks and was already approved

Sorry to hear you've been having so much trouble getting a resolution on the internet promotion.  Wish I could help you on that, but I think I can help with your PM situation.  Any forum I've ever participated in has had some limit on how many PMs can be in your inbox, so in order to get the PMs working again, you need to delete some of the old messages. 

These forums run really clunky for me, and it takes a while for the "delete" function to actually appear and work, but that ought to fix not being able to PM anyone.
