I have been unable to redeem the Xbox X promotion. I was able to receive the Amazon giftcard but whenever I follow the provided links for the Xbox, it brings me to my cart with the system in the cart and the promo code applied but the the order button is greyed out.
I’ve spoken to 3 different agents and 1 in the redemption department and the only advice I got from him was, “just wait”. The person in technical support was more helpful in sending me a replacement promo code which didn’t work.
I can only think that they don’t have any available but with the promo ending in early February, I’d rather get something going than wait.

Matslap, being a Series X owner myself, it's cool platform and my games and vids look great on it. I understand wanting to get one, and cool you qualify under the promotion. In my experince, if the order button is grayed out something can be missing that's needed to be filled in. Since you posted have you been able to place the order?

Part of the troubleshooting done was to click on any link that was available in the cart while the Xbox was in it. I verified the personal information; name, address, payment info, and such but the purchase button was still greyed out. Reading other posts regarding the promotion makes it seem that Verizon has no solutions or answers at this point. So I am going to keep trying a few times a day with the hope that there will be some kind of fix applied before my 60 days are up.
