Hello,
I signed up for Internet and was supposed to get a rebate and the Meta Quest. I had the tile in my app right up until the day it was supposed to go into effect. Now it’s nowhere to be found. How do I go about claiming my Meta Quest?

Resolution Update: By partnering with support, we confirmed you’re getting the assistance needed for the Meta Quest offer. Anyone else who might experience this issue, there’s a few reasons an offer, promotion, or rebate might not appear or apply. These can include not meeting the requirements for the offer. An error with the promotion system or not submitting for the rebate/offer in the right timeframe.
