I am trying to redeem a 200$ verizon gift card offered to me for purchasing 5G home internet. I found this website where I can apply for the rebate but I am not sure about the promo code since it was never provided to me. I've seen online the CARTOFFER2025 is a promo code but I think that is for new mobile lines rather than 5G home internet. What is the correct promo code to use?

I have the offer in writing on my receipt so if Verizon fails to provide the correct promo code and honor the full terms of the advertised promotion, I will pursue all available remedies. This includes but is not limited to:
Filing a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for deceptive marketing practices;
Reporting this issue to my state attorney general’s office;

Im having the same issue too! I signed up when it was both a Verizon rebate AND and Amazon gift card. It said my Verizon card was awaiting “Delivery” but then recently those notifications vanished! I spoke to support multiple times and they said either they would resend the email or that I wasn’t eligible! Something isn’t adding up here.
