Is anyone else having a hard time redeeming the free Samsung tv offer after starting home internet?? Every time I click on the tile it just takes me to FAQ instead of redeeming the offer. The tile before I click it says redeem on ## PRD##. I will eventually call support but I work nights and am on my work week. It would just be helpful if anyone else had this problem and solved it so I can maybe tell them how to fix it when I call.

- Locate the Samsung TV offer: Look for the Samsung TV tile under the "For you, on us" section.
- Agree to the terms and conditions: Carefully review and accept the terms and conditions associated with the offer.
- Redeem the offer: Follow the prompts to be directed to the Samsung website, where you can redeem your free Samsung TV.
- Complete the redemption process: Follow the instructions on the Samsung website to finalize the redemption and receive your new TV.
You'll have 60 days to redeem the offer after your initial 30-day period of Verizon service, or no later than May 8, 2025. Please let us know how it works.

It sounds like you need the home internet for 65 days then you will be able to redeem your gift. Iโm assuming the โ##PRD##โ is an error code due to not having the internet for 65 days. After that you will receive a email/will be on that tile to redeem and have to redeem it within 60 days after you are eligible (after having the internet for 65 days). Not sure if that helps, I called and thatโs how the guy explained it.

I got that deal with the free Samsung TV, then Verizon emailed about an Amazon gift card instead! That's not what I signed up for; I wanted the TV! They changed it, even on my bill, it's so unfair! I'm really not happy with Verizon; it feels like false advertising, that's not the deal I bought.

Same mine says ##prd## it showed mine was going to be redeemable on June 3rd I got the service March 29 now the offer says ##prd## & it doesnโt work for meโฆ

Hey luismca98. This offer is only redeemable 65 days after the internet line has been opened. If you activated service on March 29, you would want to redeem the offer on or after 06/03. You may receive an error before then. If you are still having issues after June 3, please let us know. -Sara
