I've been with Verizon for more than 10 years and the 5G/ 4G, whatever it may be has completely plummeted. The home internet service is also very terrible and I've dealt with customer service to try to make it better and nothing can be done. The home internet I received back in July 2023 on a promotion and since then I can't load any video on my phone without waiting longer than 10 minutes and at that point I've just given up, even trying to send or post GIF, nope can't do that either. Takes longer than 7 minutes to copy the darn things. The promotion I received on the home internet, never even got and never even received an email as stated in the original email that I would receive an email to redeem the offer and now it's expired and now I can't get the promotion because Verizon didn't send the redemption letter they said they would, what kind of advertisement are they running now.

Do they really they really try and resolve issues do they really try and keep their customers. Iโm at fault for missing said advertised and bought product for promotion when I was sent an email stating Iโd get an email for redemption and never got that email and now I cant have what was promised in the promotion.

Bought a product to receive promotional benefit. Received an email that stated I would receive an email after a certain length of having the bought product in promotion an email to redeem offer. Confirmed with rep , email never was sent and nothing could be done and offer was expired and nothing could be done.
Iโm sorry what? Iโm at fault because I didnโt receive the email they said they would provide, howโs that fair ?

Purchasing home internet a receive either sounds bar or gift card . I spoke to a representative who said I couldnโt receive the offer because it had expired. Which I something Verizon probably bets on happening but how is that fair when the original email said Iโd receive another email on how to redeem the offer and that rep even searched for the email and it was never sent and still said they couldnโt do anything about it

We have had slow service with the signal bouncing all over the spectrum. Praying for 5g and rarely see it. Almost always in 4g.
Getting very close to going to a new carrier. Been with Vzn for many years
