Target gift card promotion
I'm having the same issues as many other people are having trying to get my Target gift card I got my home internet on 2/1/24 still nothing in the Verizon app, can't find anything about it, tried the link in one of the post of course it doesn't work, went to the Verizon store Rep told me to call customer service, I did and spoke to customer service Rep for over 45 minutes he was very helpful told me he had taken care of the matter and still nothing almost 4 months now. Extremely disappointed with Verizon customer service, I've been a loyal customer over 20 years and I can't get a simple answer all I'm getting is we're looking into the issue. I'm tired of the running around. I believe my window is closed now for my Target gift card promotion deal.- I believe I replied to someone post the first time.

Finely a customer Rep or automatic response system answers with direction of how to apply for the target gift card went to it entered the information that was in this form the automated response was, submission period for this offered you have entered has ended . Many customers complained about having issues with the my Verizon app and nothing was done. I'm extremely disappointed with the store Representatives the customer service rep that I spoke to on the phone for almost 45 minutes now I feel like it was a waste of my time to request my rebate. Thank you

I went to vzm.com/rebate as recommended by Freddy and Jesse or auto reply system, this is what I get, Web page not available that's is what I've been getting when I press the view solution. I've also cleaned and cleared the cache and cookies and relaunched app and still can't seem to get anything done, I keep getting will send you a private message to better assiit you when it just doesn't seem to work. I just can't believe a billion dollar tech corporation can't seem to fix this problem that many customers are having with this. Thank you

I have had the same issue. I have not received an email on how to claim the $50 Target gift card I was told I could claim after 60 days from the May 8, 2024 initiation of new LTE home internet service. I called *611 and the woman said she would push an email to me the following week - which I did not receive any email last week. A bill indicated information would be in Notifications in my account, but there's nothing there. I have tried in the app on my phone and on the website online from my computer. Under "Make the most of your plans" in the Verizon Home Internet area there is nothing regarding the Target gift card to click on to to claim or redeem that promotional offer.

I am having the same issues. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with customer service and they verified I qualify and I have received one of the 2 rebates that were promised. I am considering switching back to my old ISP.

I purchased 5G Home Internet on 2/29/24 and it had two promotions, 1) Nintendo Switch and 2) $200 Target gift card. I received 2 emails to claim the rebates. On 5/5/24 I was able to redeem the Nintendo Switch. When I attempted to redeem the $200 Target gift card, it would not process. I later called customer service and they confirmed my qualifications and directed me to the digital rebates site. I have not been able to claim the rebate.

The tile does not appear on the app and I was not provided a promo code to use in the digital rebate center. When I click on the redeem my offer it takes me to the FAQ page.

Similar issue here. Signed up for home internet mid February and kept watching my app notifications and email for how to redeem the gift card promotion. Never received anything so did a chat with customer service a couple weeks back. She told me they had no email on file for me and that my window to redeem had passed. Said I would receive the gift card directly to my email, now on file, or in the mail. Still nothing. Disappointed to see I’m not the only one this happened to.

I have received no information or emails on redeeming the rebate I was promised, which is the target gift card. There is nothing in the app. I tried using the rebate code that was provided on the thread and it tells me that code can not be found.
