Target gift card

Same story as many many other  customers. Purchased home internet on 03/16/24 with a target gift card promo. I have the receipt and an email stating gift card promotion is being processed. After playing phone Tag with empty promises from customer service agents, to date I have not received it.  At least After seeing so many posts about this , I am relieved to see My issue is not unique.

We want to make sure you're able to get your gift card ASAP. Did the gift card tile ever show up in your My Verizon app or the My Verizon website? Did you sign up on the 5G Home Plus plan?

Thanks, I finally received my gift card!
