Same story as many many other customers. Purchased home internet on 03/16/24 with a target gift card promo. I have the receipt and an email stating gift card promotion is being processed. After playing phone Tag with empty promises from customer service agents, to date I have not received it. At least After seeing so many posts about this , I am relieved to see My issue is not unique.
