The tiles for the Target GC and the Nintendo Switch both are showing on my account page but only the Target tile actually works (at least I hope it worked - won't know for sure until I actually get the gift card). But the Nintendo tile is not working.
I ordered new 5G Home internet service 3/31/24, so redemption for both offers began on 6/6/24 (and I have the original offer email saying I get both). I redeemed the Target GC this evening so hopefully that will be on it's way soon. But the Nintendo tile does not go to a redemption page when I click on it. Instead, it goes to a generic FAQ page for "5G/LTE Home and Home Plus offer FAQs". This is the same page referred to in the Community Forum homepage note wherein Verizon tries to say they have fixed the redemption problems now. Obviously, they are mistaken! As I have recently spent waaaaay too much time on phone and chat with Verizon due to lots of screw ups on their part, I don't want to start this process again to get my Nintendo Switch. So if anyone has any ideas to fix the tile not working properly, please let me know (and fyi, I have tried on both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers on my laptop as well as on my iPhone's mobile app with the same frustrating result every time). Please help!

Tentatively, yes. They said they have verified my eligibility but it takes a week for the proper promo code to arrive. So we shall see . . .

I hope it finally works for you, so far I've spent hours on the phone with 3 different customer service reps, they all confirm that I am eligible, they all say that I will get an email in a few days, I have their names and confirmation numbers and still nothing

We are concerned to learn about your ongoing promotion issues. How long ago did you start your eligible service for this offer? Have you received any updates on your eligibility? Emails sometimes filter into junk/spam folders so we also recommend checking there to confirm if anything has been received.

I have still not received my Target gift card, I have called and spoke with many Verizon reps and im always told the same thing, wait 2 weeks to receive an email to claim my gift card. It's been 5 months now, I'm filing a complaint with the better business burough and shopping around for new service. I've been a Verizon customer for 24 years and I am taking away my business because of the horrible customer service

I received the email for Verizon on 7/1/24 (not the week they promised but at least I got it). My "tile" was fixed and I placed the order for my Nintendo Switch through their online store on 7/4/24. It is expected to ship sometime today with delivery on Tuesday 7/9. I'll try to remember to update once it has been received.

So thought I would update where I am at: I was told I would receive my Nintendo Switch TODAY based on "Free 2 Day By 8PM" shipping method chosen. But alas, it has not even shipped yet. I did a chat yesterday and was informed that due to "low inventory (issue with stock)" I would receive my order "before 07/12/2024 for sure." The agent also said "We are delivering the orders on the Priority bases and since you already placed the order you will also be priority." Needless to say, I am not holding my breath!

One last update since I forgot to update: I did finally receive my Nintendo Switch on 7/15. So again, not when promised but at least I finally got it and can get rid of the countless notes and emails saying "don't worry, we'll get you taken care of." Good luck everyone!
