The tiles for the Target GC and the Nintendo Switch both are showing on my account page but only the Target tile actually works (at least I hope it worked - won't know for sure until I actually get the gift card). But the Nintendo tile is not working.
I ordered new 5G Home internet service 3/31/24, so redemption for both offers began on 6/6/24 (and I have the original offer email saying I get both). I redeemed the Target GC this evening so hopefully that will be on it's way soon. But the Nintendo tile does not go to a redemption page when I click on it. Instead, it goes to a generic FAQ page for "5G/LTE Home and Home Plus offer FAQs". This is the same page referred to in the Community Forum homepage note wherein Verizon tries to say they have fixed the redemption problems now. Obviously, they are mistaken! As I have recently spent waaaaay too much time on phone and chat with Verizon due to lots of screw ups on their part, I don't want to start this process again to get my Nintendo Switch. So if anyone has any ideas to fix the tile not working properly, please let me know (and fyi, I have tried on both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers on my laptop as well as on my iPhone's mobile app with the same frustrating result every time). Please help!
