Two $100 Target Giftcards - Redeemed? Uhh no.

We qualified for two $100 Target gift cards when we changed our internet speed and made some other account changes on February 24th, 2024. I logged on to check where the gift cards were because i never received an email about them. When I checked it said that the gift cards were redeemed on February 24th. We did NOT redeem the gift cards so I would like to know what is going on. We have tried calling but we keep getting the runaround.

Has this happened to anyone? How did you rectify it? Target gift cards.png

Hey khallah, I know how important promotions like this are for me, and I know how upset my wife would be if something similar happened to us as well. We're here to help. While the Verizon website shows redeemed Feb 24th, are there any links on that same site that would show you the gift cards to check the balance on the Target webiste? What transactions did you make on the 24th?
