Unable to claim free Xbox and Amazon gift card

Hi I joined Verizon home internet plus for all the free offers. I'm unable to claim the free Xbox and free Amazon gift card though. When I try to claim the Amazon gift card it is greyed out, no way to click. When I click the Xbox and click to submit it says error unable to add. I have an email for each with links to redeem and the associated terms and conditions so please correct this.
