In late October, I received a notification that 5G Home Internet was available in my neighborhood. I ordered it same day and completed the self setup process two days later. I asked a store rep about claiming the 200 Verizon gift card and he said it will be available in a couple of months (I saw an email that said 67 days after I completed the self setup process). I have yet to receive this gift card. I am inquiring about its status. Thank you.

I feel like the $200 Home Depot cards was a hoax! I've read to many message boards about people not receiving them. I've called multiple times and have yet to receive mine either.

I still haven’t received mine yet either. Every time I call and ask “it’s been escalated” and I just need to keep waiting.

Oh yeah, today my issue was now escalated and I get to wait 3-5 days for another unhelpful response.

Thanks for responding. I have not received a $200 Verizon gift card after signing up for 5G Home Internet. I spoke with a store rep a couple of months ago who informed me that my gift card will be there in two months. I am seeking timely resolution to this matter. Thank you.

Absolute false! I’ve wasted 16 gallons of gas to “pick up” the supposed XBox that was “waiting” for me (ordered December 12 by a Verizon employee ), spent over 8 hours speaking with over 12 Verizon employees, and had to take 3 hours off work and still do not have anything to show for it! I’m not the only one as a brief review of this forum will support. Any resolve anyone can lend would be helpful.
