I have the similar issue about $250 Costco gift card promotions. It’s been 7 months.it’s just so frustrating to keep calling Verizon and Costco , I signup for 4 new lines with new phones. This is my last try if can’t get resolved then I don’t have choice except cancellation my all business, home and wireless phone service. Can anyone please help.
