I purchased Verizon 5G Home Internet on January 26, 2025. At the time, the website was advertising a 5-year price lock-in deal. This is one of the main reasons I decided to make the switch from Spectrum. The chat support sales rep even confirmed that's exactly what I was getting. However, upon reviewing my plan details yesterday, I see it is listed as a 3-year guarantee. So, I spent over 2 hours on the support chat last night to find out she could do nothing for me. She explained that I wasn't paying for the equipment, just the service, so I should be happy. But that's not the deal I made. I was told I was getting a 5-year guarantee, which is all I will accept. Otherwise, I guess I'll have to elevate this to an FCC complaint. Here's a screenshot from the internet archive from the week I made the purchase, showing exactly what was offered. Who can make this right for me? Thank you.
