I setup a 5g home Internet plan a few weeks ago. I found out about the Forward discount program and got approved. But now I can't get it applied to my account. On the app it loads like it's going to be applied then it says there's something wrong and to try again. I've called multiple people and no one can help me. How do I get this discount??

It doesn't matter which I use. I've tried mobile and on my computer. The website is broken and won't load all the way through the prompts. Either way, I've been told multiple different things, and no one knows what they're talking about.

I'm about to be billed the 3rd time and have yet to get the discount. Everyone I talk to tells me something different
