I recently switched to Verizon, in part for some of the nice introductory deals including a $200 Target Gift Card and 6 months free of Disney+.
However, in trying to redeem both of these perks via the MyVerizon App and the website, I could not find either.
After spending an hour with customer service, I was told that for no reason of my own, my account didn't have the deals that the Verizon salesperson promised me and they would have to be manually entered. The delivery of the Target Gift Card would take 1-2 months, and I would not be eligible anymore for the Disney+ promotion.
I was planning on treating myself to a new waffle iron at Target this weekend and am disappointed that Verizon apparently has bugs in these deals which take months to fix, after you spend an hour talking with them. I also have my niece visiting soon and and sad I won't be able to have Disney+ available for her.
I’m having the same problem, deeply frustrating and disappointing.
