Verizon gift card rebate

I placed an order last month for home internet and had a was told everybody that's two hundred dollar Verizon gift card I would receive. I still haven't and I've called five times trying to figure it out. I placed another order and the same thing happened. If I could please get the promo code or help on receiving both of my gift cards that I was expecting that would be great. I'm highly upset that my experience has been this. I feel that I'm being overlooked and dismissed. Any help?

I had this same issue. I signed up for home internet in June and received a cart offer for a $200 Verizon gift card and I never received an email or notification for the gift card. I’ve spoken to probably over 20 reps and gotten every kind of answer. After googling for an answer it seems like this happens to everyone that receives this cart offer and no one ever receives their gift card.

I got the gift 100 on 10/20, the CS told me sign in Fios account,  go to Home page, click HOME OFFER,  you will get it.  it is working. try it. good luck.
