XBOX PROMO ISSUE

I Signed up for home WiFi and Xbox was part of the promotion. The promotion stated that I would get an email after 14 days and I did not receive any emails.  Was told that l would need to look under “make the most of your plans” and it shows me nothing to redeem the Xbox i was able to receive the gaming bundle but no option for the Xbox, help would be appreciated thanks. I’ve seen that some people have filled out a form also. 
PLEASE ASSIST! 
l did not anticipate these issues when l made the decision to switch over to Verizon for internet.

Same thing here.  I am beyond frustrated.    

Multiple chats and “tickets” opened.  I ordered the internet end of November.  No email.  No resolution.

 

I am told its “escalated”.

I still have not received anything l was promised. No resolution at all. Continuing to tell me to wait!!  Can l get actual assistance?
